Corporate Partnerships that help your company achieve its goals

We love collaborating with companies based across Greater Manchester who are as passionate about creating a positive impact as we are. Whatever the size of your company there are plenty of ways to Join FareShare Greater Manchester. All in the name of fighting hunger and food waste in our community.

We are seeking support from the business community across the region. In order to help us to continue to support those people for whom hunger is an everyday reality. Because here at FareShare GM, we believe that Together We Can:

  • provide 7 million meals to people in Greater Manchester who would otherwise go without food;
  • support over 220 charity and community groups that feed thousands of people across the Greater Manchester region;
  • tackle food waste.

Through our Together We Can campaign we are creating corporate partnership opportunities that will not only alleviate hunger and tackle food waste but will also help engage your colleagues and client, create positive PR opportunities and help your company achieve its CSR and Sustainability objectives.

We are, in essence, a small charity creating a big impact in the communities across the region. In summary, take a look at some of our Corporate Partnership Opportunities.

Choose FareShare Greater Manchester as your charity of the year. As a result, we’ll work with you to create a bespoke calendar of engaging volunteering and fundraising events. All of them will be set up to meet your CSR and Sustainability goals.

Making FareShare Greater Manchester your charity of the year provides a great opportunity to engage with your colleagues through a local charity, where their fundraising and volunteering efforts will create a big impact.

Together We Can: Help FareShare Greater Manchester Grow

Food poverty continues to increase across the UK and Greater Manchester is no different.  Last year we provided over 3 million meals to vulnerable people across Greater Manchester, but the demand for our services continues to grow. By 2022 we want to be able to provide 7 million meals to people across Greater Manchester allowing us to support an additional 20,000 people a year.

In order to be able to provide more food, we need to grow our operations, and this includes securing a larger building where we will have the capacity to process more surplus goods. But in order to do this, we need to raise funds to secure a bigger building. Click here to find out how your company can support us in our goal to provide 7 million meals by 2022.

With all of our corporate partner opportunities, we can provide impact reporting to show how you can make a difference. Talk to us today about opportunities to support us – we would love to hear from you.

FareShare is the only charity to take food from the wholesale level of the food industry

The vast majority of surplus occurs before food even gets to the supermarket. Each FareShare regional centre takes that food and redistributes to those in need. FareShare Go is our supermarket collection service, which deals with supermarket-level surplus.
